The role aims to establish and maintain high-quality standards, identify and resolve product defects, and ensure consistent product performance and reliability. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, reducing defects, and enhancing customer satisfaction. ## Responsibilities - **Oversee incoming raw material and component quality** by establishing inspection procedures, quality parameters, acceptance criteria, and sampling plans.
