With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, Frubon aims to be a leading player in the dairy sector. ## Job Summary The Dispatch Lead will oversee and coordinate daily dispatch operations for ice cream products at the Jaipur facility. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and temperature-compliant dispatches, maintaining cold-chain integrity, and managing a team to optimize operational efficiency. The Dispatch Lead will contribute to the company's goal of delivering high-quality products while minimizing losses and ensuring customer satisfaction. ## Responsibilities - Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules, including order priorities, loading sequences, and vehicle requirements. - Coordinate with Production, Cold Storage, Sales, Logistics, and Transporters to ensure timely dispatches. - Ensure frozen products are handled, loaded, and transported under the required temperature conditions to maintain product quality. - Monitor stock availability, batch numbers, expiry dates, picking accuracy, and dispatch documentation. - Supervise loading teams, allocate shifts, maintain dock discipline, and ensure safe material handling practices. - Track vehicle turnaround times, dispatch delays, temperature deviations, damages, and shortages. - Maintain dispatch MIS, inventory movement records, dispatch registers, and reconciliation reports. - Investigate dispatch discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service levels. - Ensure adherence to warehouse procedures, cold-chain protocols, and company quality standards. ## Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline. - 8–10 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution. - Proven experience managing dispatch teams and coordinating with transporters. - Strong understanding of inventory management, loading operations, dispatch documentation, and stock reconciliation. - Ability to manage high-volume dispatches while maintaining accuracy and meeting delivery timelines. - Working knowledge of ERP systems, inventory software, and MIS reporting. - Experience in ice cream, frozen foods, dairy, cold storage, or cold-chain logistics is preferred. ## Preferred Skills - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong organizational and planning abilities. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Knowledge of cold-chain compliance and temperature monitoring. - Problem-solving skills to address dispatch discrepancies and operational challenges. ## Experience - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in dispatch, warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution, preferably within the dairy or frozen foods industry. ## Environment - The role is based at the Jaipur facility, involving in-office coordination and on-site supervision of dispatch activities. - The work environment includes cold storage areas, loading docks, and office settings. - The position requires adherence to safety protocols and cold-chain standards to ensure product integrity. ## Salary - Not specified ## GrowthOpportunities - Potential career advancement into senior logistics or operations management roles within the company. - Opportunities to specialize further in cold-chain logistics or supply chain optimization. ## Benefits - Not specified
