Role Title: QuickBooks Specialist
Role Type: Contract
Location: Remote
In this role, you'll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.
Responsibilities:
Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop
Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations
Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors
Identify accounting errors and workflow issues
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop
Strong bookkeeping or accounting background
Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner
Experience managing multiple clients or business entities
Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices
