Product Manager – Rewards/Loyalty/Incentives

**Summary**

The role seeks a strong Product Manager with deep exposure to the Rewards, Loyalty, and Incentives space and hands-on experience building AI-powered product features.

**Responsibilities**

• 2+ years of product management experience, with at least 1+ years specifically in B2B Rewards/Loyalty/Incentives
• Hands-on experience with APIs — either defining API product requirements or working closely with engineering on API design/documentation
• Proven ability to write clear product requirements (functional, technical, and design specs) and drive them through development
• Experience building AI-powered product features and daily comfort using AI tools in product work
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience — engineering, design, sales, and support
• Ability to move fluidly between technical (API-level) and business-level conversations

**Requirements**
