Technical Lead ## Job Summary The role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions, acting as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders. The candidate will provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and drive innovation to support the mission of securing the AI future through advanced identity governance and security solutions. ## Responsibilities - Define and drive the **technical vision**, architecture, and best practices for the platform. - Ensure the **reliability, availability, and scalability** of deployed applications. - Lead the development process by enforcing **rigorous code reviews** and promoting **automated testing** to foster a culture of technical excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **identify requirements**, troubleshoot issues, and align technical strategies with business objectives. - Provide **mentorship** to team members, fostering growth and technical skill development. - Architect solutions to **complex problems** leveraging expertise in relevant technologies and systems. ## Qualifications - **Educational Qualification:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - **Experience:** 5-8 years of software engineering management experience, with at least 2 years leading teams. - **Technical Skills:** - Thorough knowledge of **NoSQL (MongoDB)** and **SQL (PostgreSQL)**. - Proficient understanding of **Git**, **Asana**, **Sentry**, and **DevOps workflows**. - Prior experience in **architecting solutions** for complex problems. - Passionate about leveraging **AI** for exponential progression. - Strong systems-oriented mindset. ## Preferred Skills - Experience working in a startup environment or with enterprise-scale platforms. - Knowledge of **cloud platforms** such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Familiarity with **security best practices** in software development. - Ability to lead **cross-functional teams** and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Passion for innovation and continuous learning in emerging technologies. ## Experience - 5 to 8 years of relevant **software engineering management** experience. - Proven track record of **leading technical teams** and delivering scalable solutions. - Experience in **building and maintaining complex software architectures**. ## Environment - Location: **Whitefield, Bangalore**. - Work Mode: **Hybrid** — 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. - Work Setting: Collaborative, fast-paced startup environment focused on cutting-edge AI and identity security solutions.
