Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager Scrabble is partnering with a B2C Fintech startup where we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product end to end. ## Job Summary The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including Business, Engineering, Design, Operations, and external partners to create innovative products that simplify the home-loan journey for customers while delivering value to financial institution partners. The ideal candidate will drive product growth, enhance customer experience, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives in the fintech and consumer-tech space. ## Responsibilities - Define and drive the **product vision**, **growth strategy**, and **roadmap** aligned with overall business goals. - Own the **end-to-end customer journey**, including customer acquisition, lender discovery, personalized offers, application, sanction, and disbursement processes. - Identify **customer and market gaps** and translate these insights into new **product opportunities** and **experiences**. - Prioritize the **product roadmap** based on **customer impact**, **business value**, and **speed to market**. - Collaborate closely with **Engineering** and **Design** teams to translate product strategy into clear **requirements**, **user journeys**, and **scalable solutions**. - Lead **product launches** and continuously improve products through **customer feedback**, **data analysis**, and **market insights**. - Define and monitor **key product metrics** and **KPIs**, utilizing data to inform decision-making. - Manage **stakeholders** across internal teams and external partners, building alignment and driving cross-functional decisions. - Build and **mentor the product team** as the organization scales. ## Qualifications - 4-6 years of experience in **Product Management**, with a proven track record of owning products from **strategy to execution**. - Experience in **Fintech**, **Banking**, **Payments**, **Financial Services**, **Real Estate**, or **Consumer Tech** is preferred. - Strong understanding of **product strategy**, **growth**, **user journey**, **discovery**, **roadmap planning**, and **execution**. - Excellent **stakeholder management** and **communication skills**, with the ability to influence **senior leadership** and **cross-functional teams**. - Customer-focused, **analytical**, and **commercially minded**, with a strong bias towards **execution** and **measurable outcomes**. - Experience working in a **high-growth** or **startup environment** is advantageous. - Ability to operate effectively at both **strategic** and **hands-on** levels. ## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with **fintech products** and **digital lending platforms**. - Strong **data analysis** and **problem-solving** skills. - Experience with **agile methodologies** and **product lifecycle management**. - Ability to manage **multiple stakeholders** and **prioritize** effectively. - Knowledge of **regulatory environments** related to financial services. ## Experience - 4-6 years of relevant **Product Management** experience, ideally within **fintech** or **consumer-tech** sectors. - Proven experience in **end-to-end product ownership**, from strategy to delivery. ## Environment - The role is based in **Bengaluru**. - The work environment involves **collaborative cross-functional teams** including Business, Engineering, Design, and Operations. - The position may involve a **hybrid** or **in-office** setting, with a focus on dynamic, fast-paced **high-growth startup** culture.
