Manager – Human Resources **Location:** Kurla, Mumbai\ **Experience:** 3–6 years We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join the central HR team of a leading organisation. This role offers an opportunity to work on strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organisational capabilities and drive business outcomes. ### Key Responsibilities - **Learning & Development:** Design and implement learning and capability-building initiatives for different employee groups. - **M&A and Change Management:** Support HR due diligence, integration activities, cultural alignment and change communication during mergers and acquisitions. - **Talent Development:** Partner with business teams to strengthen employee capabilities, particularly across field teams. - **Employee Lifecycle Management:** Identify opportunities to improve HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance management and exit. - **People Analytics:** Analyse workforce data and generate insights to support business and HR decision-making. - **Employee Engagement:** Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, engagement and organisational effectiveness. - **Project Management:** Lead HR projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities. - **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams and external partners to implement effective HR solutions. ### Ideal Candidate Profile - Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management or a related field. - 3–6 years of experience in HR, with exposure to multiple HR functions. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project execution skills. - Strong ownership, attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
