This role requires a deep understanding of GIFT City and IFSCA regulations, fund lifecycle management, and investor servicing. The individual will operate independently, collaborating closely with Mumbai-based fund controllers, and contribute from day one to ensure seamless fund operations aligned with regulatory and compliance standards. ## Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end fund operations within the GIFT City ecosystem, including fund administration, reporting, compliance, and investor servicing. - Ensure adherence to GIFT City and IFSCA regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ecosystem developments. - Coordinate with fund administrators, managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth fund lifecycle processes. - Operate independently with Mumbai fund controllers, providing timely and accurate operational support. - Contribute proactively to operational improvements and process efficiencies within the fund ecosystem. - Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure timely reporting to relevant authorities and investors. ## Qualifications - 3–4 years of relevant experience in GIFT City fund operations, AIF exposure, or related fund management functions. - Strong understanding of the GIFT City and IFSCA operating ecosystem. - In-depth knowledge of fund lifecycle processes, including administration, reporting, compliance, and investor servicing. - Proven ability to operate independently and effectively coordinate with Mumbai-based controllers. - Excellent execution skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred. ## Preferred Skills - Prior experience working with GIFT City fund managers, AIF platforms, or fund administrators. - Familiarity with fund reporting tools and compliance software. - Ability to adapt quickly to regulatory changes within the GIFT City ecosystem. - Demonstrated ability to contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. ## Experience - 3–4 years of direct experience in GIFT City fund operations, AIF management, or related financial services. - Experience working with fund administrators, fund managers, or within the IFSCA regulatory framework. ## Environment - The role is based in GIFT City, with a focus on establishing a robust operating office. - The work environment is professional, collaborative, and dynamic, with a focus on operational excellence. - The role involves working closely with Mumbai controllers and local GIFT City stakeholders. - The position may require occasional travel or remote coordination as needed. ## Salary *Not specified* ## GrowthOpportunities - The role is designed to grow from Manager to Senior Manager within approximately 2–3 years, offering significant career advancement opportunities within the fund operations domain. ## Benefits *Not specified*
