Senior Manager – AI Product Management

**Summary**
A stealth-mode FinTech startup in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – AI Product Management to build and scale AI-powered financial products from strategy through commercialization.
**Responsibilities**
- 8–12 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Products, FinTech Products, or AI-enabled platforms
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of complex digital products
- Strong exposure to Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLM-powered products, intelligent automation, or predictive analytics
- Experience building products within FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, Credit, Risk, or Financial Services
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into scalable products, customer use cases, and measurable commercial outcomes
- Proven experience working closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams
- Strong understanding of product discovery, experimentation, customer validation, adoption metrics, and product commercialization
- Experience leading Product Managers or cross-functional product squads
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- UAE experience is mandatory
