**Responsibilities**

Lead and mentor Node.js engineering teams

Drive design & development of microservices-based architectures

Collaborate with Product, QA & DevOps in Agile environments

Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization

Own technical design, reviews, and release governance

**Requirements**

Strong in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, system design

Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure) & DevOps practices

Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases & distributed systems
