- 12+ years of Product Management / Project Management experience
- Strong Banking or Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Risk, Underwriting, or Lending Operations
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Roadmap Planning, and Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
