Title: Senior/Mid-Level Estimator

Level: Senior to Mid-Level (8-18+ years of experience)

Talent Compensation: $1,500–$2,500/month

Time Zone: US Mountain Time (Utah-based company; remote position)

What They'll Do

Develop detailed construction estimates using HeavyBid software (primary requirement)

Perform takeoffs using Civil 3D and AgTech/screen takeoff tools

Create thought-driven estimates with custom unit pricing (not template-based green sheets)

Estimate heavy civil projects: earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and light structural work

Support business scaling and project growth

Work directly with company leadership on estimating strategy

Ideal Candidate

8–18+ years of estimating experience, specifically in heavy civil/earthwork

Fluent English speaker with professional communication skills

Bachelor's degree holder

Prior experience working with U.S. market (domestic or remote)

Senior or mid-level mindset with independent problem-solving ability

Located in Latin America or Central America (remote-friendly timezone)
